Return Policy:

bier one does not accept returns or refunds of any alcoholic beverages, with the exceptions listed in our shipping policy.  All alcohol sales are considered final. 

bier one wants every customer to be a happy customer, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your purchase from our site.  Because of the nature of homebrewing and winemaking, we will address returns, replacements and refunds on a case-by-case basis.  We can’t supervise every homebrewing and winemaking project, and defects in final product are often caused by the brewer and not the products used in the process.  We will work with you to make it right by sending replacement or refund in most instances.  Partial refunds, partial replacement or discounted replacement may be substituted in place of full refund/replacement.
